Are you experiencing an issue with your new Fermac Properties home?

All of our completed new build homes enjoy a full 2 Year Workmanship Warranty under which we cover the built fabric of each new home, meaning floors, walls, windows, joinery, electrics, plumbing and roofing are all covered for faults.  The only exclusions are your domestic appliances, which are covered by their respective manufacturer guarantees.  All of our new build homes also enjoy a full 10 Year Structural Guarantee from the NHBC or Premier Guarantee, which covers each new home in the unlikely event of a serious, or inherent, structural problem at any time in the first 10 years of ownership.

Please Note: Before using the form below, please ensure that you are still covered by the 2 Year Workmanship Warranty.  If your 2 Year Workmanship Warranty Period has now expired, this means your home is no longer covered for minor snag issues.  However, if you believe your issue to be of a serious nature and assuming your home is less than 10 years old, you may still have cover for serious structural, or inherent defects.  If you believe your issue to be of this nature, then please in@fo@fermacnopropert.comies.comwith details of your issue and we will try to assist you.
