We have now started work on this fantastic new development. Brochures and site plans are under preparation and should be ready for viewing in late September or early October. Release homes and prices are yet to be finalised, but we will announce them on Property Pal and our Facebook page just as soon as we can. First homes are on schedule for completion Easter 2024.
We have also lodged a naming application with the Council for the main name of the development to be “Camowen” and then each of the 3 parts to be known as Camowen Avenue, Camowen Crescent and Camowen Gardens.
