Fermac have lodged planning applications for the development of the former Cabin Hill preparatory school.
This unique site will offer primarily private detached homes, together with a small number of luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. We are hopeful of securing planning permission this year and development will start as soon as possible after grant of planning.
