Planning Approval for 120 private homes – Antrim

By 30th January 2019News

Following a grant of Planning Approval by Antrim & Newtonabbey Borough Council, 120 new private homes will be delivered off the Randalstown Road, Antrim.  The 3 year project was given the green-light by the Council a few days ago and preliminary works will get underway immediately.

The development is currently fronted with a Show Village of 3 homes, just off the Randalstown Road, Antrim and access to the development will be through this show village, by way of a bridge across the river.

The 120 units will be built in 2 distinct phases, the first of which has been approved as Castlewater Wood.  The first foundations will be dug as soon as preliminaries are finished and we expect to release to the first plots to market later this year.  Similar to Castlewater Gardens, the development will comprise 3 & 4 bedroom homes, primarily detached homes, ranging from 1,100sqft to just under 1,500sqft, many of which will have optional sunrooms & garages available.
